Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Payment

Studio Collections: Full payment is required upon approval of the quotation. The design phase will commence once payment is received.

Artisan Collections: A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the quotation to commence the design phase. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Production & Lead Times

Production will begin once the final design is approved. Lead times vary based on the complexity and quantity of each project; a specific timeline will be provided following final approval.
Order Quantity & Pricing

Prices are based on the total quantity specified in the quotation. Any changes to quantity will result in an adjusted price.
Dimensions & Color Variance

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs and carpets, exact dimensions may vary by up to 3%, consistent with industry standards. A variance of up to 5% in color may occur between dye lots, which is also standard within the industry.
Delivery & Installation

Clients are responsible for accepting delivery and installation as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in additional storage or handling fees, and we cannot guarantee the availability of rescheduling without incurring additional charges.
Payments, Cancellations & Warranty

Payments are non-refundable once received and the design has been approved for production, except in cases of manufacturing defects as outlined in our warranty policy. See our full Warranty page for coverage details and claim procedures.
Warranty
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not extend to watermarking, shade variations, or dye lot differences, as these are not classified as manufacturing defects. It also does not cover normal wear and tear following delivery, or damage resulting from improper installation by third-party contractors - this warranty is valid only when installation follows the procedures outlined by Lucy Tupu Studio.
Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning, or from unusual use or events, including athletic activity, repeated wear from castered chairs, or flooding. It excludes scuff or wear damage from unusual foot traffic on stairs or entryways, and excludes damage resulting from mishandling or neglect.
Submitting a Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted to Lucy Tupu Studio within 14 days of receiving the rug(s)/carpet(s). To ensure the highest level of service, Lucy Tupu Studio may require a representative to inspect and assess the rug prior to approving any replacement or repair.
Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty applicable to the product, and no warranties extend beyond the terms stated herein. The buyer's remedies are strictly limited to those outlined in this document. Consequential damages, including commercial loss, are expressly excluded.
