All quotes are valid for one month from date of issue.

50% deposit due upon approval of quote and signed artwork.
·
Balance due upon completion prior to delivery and installation.
·
Standard lead times are from receipt of deposit and signed artwork.
·
Standard lead time will vary according to complexity and quantity of each project.
·
Our rugs and carpets are handmade so exact sizes can vary. Industry standard +/- 3%.
·
Up to 5% variance in color may occur between dye lots.
·
Prices are based on overall quantity. If any changes are made to the quantity, the price will adjust accordingly.
·
Failure to accept delivery and installation will result in forfeiture of deposit and all rights to goods sold.
·
Failure to pay balance due on or before the due date will result in interest accruing from the due date at 1.5% per month, or the highest amount permissible under law, if less, and reasonable attorney fees for any amount due.

LUCY TUPU LLC.
Warranty
This warranty is exclusively applicable to manufacturing defects.
It is important to note that this warranty does not extend coverage to issues like watermarking, shade variations, or dye lot differences, as these are not classified as manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear subsequent to delivery is not covered by this warranty. Furthermore, this warranty is only valid for rugs and carpets that have been installed in strict accordance with the installation procedures outlined by Lucy Tupu Studio. It expressly excludes damages resulting from improper installation conducted by third-party contractors.
Additionally, it is imperative to understand that this warranty does not extend to damages incurred due to improper maintenance or cleaning practices. It does not apply to damages arising from unusual uses or events, including athletic activities, repeated wear and tear caused by castered chairs, or flooding. It also excludes damage incurred as a result of unusual foot traffic, such as scuff damage on stairs or entryways, has been mishandled or neglected.
Warranty claims should be submitted to Lucy Tupu Studio within 5 days of receiving the rug(s) / carpet. To ensure the highest level of customer service, Lucy Tupu may require a representative to conduct an inspection and analysis of the carpet before proceeding with replacement or repair.
It is imperative to understand that this Limited Warranty represents the sole warranty applicable to the carpet. There are no warranties that extend beyond the terms stipulated herein. The remedies available to the buyer are strictly limited to those outlined in this document, and any consequential damages, including those related to commercial loss, are explicitly excluded.
