50% deposit due upon approval of design/artwork.

Balance due prior to delivery and/or installation.

Standard lead times are from receipt of deposit and signed approval of artwork.

Standard lead times will vary according to the complexity and quantity of each project.

Failure to accept delivery and installation will result in forfeiture of deposit and all rights to the goods sold.

Failure to pay balance due on or before the due date will result in interest from the due date at 1.5% per month or the highest amount permissible under law, if less, and reasonable attorneys’ fees for any amount then due.

Prices are based on overall quantity given. If there are any changes the price will adjust accordingly.

Acceptable payment methods include Venmo, wire transfer, check, or credit card.

Note: additional 4% is added to charge if paying by credit card.

Standard lead time for production:

• Hand-tufted area rugs or wall-to-wall carpet is 8-10 weeks.

• Hand-woven and hand-knotted area rugs or wall-to-wall carpet is 10-16 weeks.

• Flat-woven area rugs is 8-10 weeks.

• Flax Furniture is 6-8 weeks.

Specific to carpets and rugs:

• Up to 3% variance in color may occur between dye lots.

• Our rugs are handmade so the exact sizes can vary. Industry standard +/- 3%.

• Standard lead time for a strike-off is 3-4 weeks.

• First strike-off is free of charge. Each strike-off thereafter is an additional cost.
