I’m so proud of how our little studio, which began in downtown New York and has grown into something beyond what I could have imagined.

 

The past 3.5 years in New Zealand were incredibly transformative. I was able to reconnect with my heritage, establish the studio in NZ, and taking on a teaching role that gave me the chance to inspire others through design.

Since 2015, we’ve launched 17 rug collections, introduced a blanket line, SULU, developed the Flax furniture. Along the way, we’ve collaborated on over a hundred projects, participated in art shows and exhibitions, and worked with amazing designers and artists who continue to inspire me. 

​

Now, balancing my time between New Zealand and New York, I’m excited for new projects in both places I call home.

 

I’m looking forward to whatever comes next with more color, texture, and stories to bring to life.
